Here is a case i have seen: A 65 YEAR OLD MALE PATIENT PRESENTED WITH COMPLAINT OF ALTERED BEHAVIOUR AND AN ULCER OVER ANTERIOR ASPECT OF RIGHT FOOT SINCE 6 MONTHS.
